Bahujan Samaj Party J&K UT general secretary and media head Rajesh Gupta today in a statement said time has come to usher change in political leadership of Jammu and it is important that the people should vote for a change and press the BSP symbol ‘Elephant’ button on the EVM.
He emphasised on the need of effecting change in leadership for better evolution of the society. People of J&K want complete peace and a corruption free transparent administrative system
This was stated by Rajesh Gupta Gupta also said that BSP is seen by the public in near future to fulfill their aspirations and he talked about various educations, health and unemployment related problems being faced by the people of J&K. He further said that BSP is emerging as a new political face, an alternate to conventional political parties.
Rajesh Gupta also spoke about regularisation of daily wagers, grant of 25 lakhs as settlement amount in favour of PoJK Refugees and separation of Jammu from Kashmir as a State and division of Kashmir into two UTs. The claims of the BJP of forming next government in Delhi and J&K aimed at misleading the public about the party’s popularity,” Gupta remarked. He said the BSP would not allow murder of democracy by the BJP which was desperate to register victory, be it by hook or crook. BSP leader claimed that all sections of society were suffering under BJP rule as promises made to them have turned out to be hollow. Launching attack on BJP Government, Gupta alleged that the BJP government has left no stone unturned to destroy democratic institutions. . BJP has become mute spectator on the issue of discrimination with Jammu. Gupta said that the only achievement of BJP is to create division and hatred in society. “The honour of Jammu people has been compromised and downgraded by the leaders of BJP,” he maintained.
