DroneAcharya signs agreement with CBAI Tech for 200 type certified training drones

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited on Thursday announced that it has inked a landmark agreement with CBAI Technologies Private Limited. The agreement, it said, entails the procurement of 200 Type Certified training drones over a span of three years.
Boasting state-of-the-art training facilities, DroneAcharya has established its main DGCA certified drone pilot training centers in Pune, Maharashtra. Additionally, it has forged strategic partnerships to set up associated centers in Punjab in collaboration with IIT Ropar, Gujarat in partnership with Rashtriya Raksha University, and Rajasthan in partnership with Subhkhyati Aerospace Pvt. Ltd.

As highlighted by Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, India is poised to require one lakh drone pilots, triggering a cascade of job opportunities in ancillary fields such as drone engineering, data analytics, and technical support. In light of this burgeoning demand, DroneAcharya is proud to announce its strategic collaboration with CBAI Technologies Private Limited to procure 200 Type Certified Training drones over the next three years,” said Prateek Srivastava, Founder and Managing Director of DroneAcharya.
By capitalizing on India’s vast reservoir of budding drone talent, DroneAcharya is accelerating its efforts to democratize drone training on a nationwide scale.
Earlier in March, DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations and Hadron Aviation Pvt Ltd had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop diploma and certificate courses in the field of drones. Through this strategic partnership, it had stated, Hadron Aviation Pvt Ltd will facilitate the delivery of DroneAcharya’s comprehensive courses across its centers. The courses to be offered include drone building, drone data processing, python for GIS and drones, drone racing, drones in agriculture, and drones in disaster management.
