In a proactive move to foster entrepreneurship and innovation, Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, the Chairperson of the Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board, embarked on a tour of various inspirational units located within the SIDCO Complex Lassipora and Pulwama. Accompanied by esteemed Social Activist and Politician, Arsheed Bhat, Dr. Andrabi’s visit aimed to engage with entrepreneurs, understand their business dynamics, and offer support to further their endeavors. At the SIDCO Complex Lassipora, Dr. Andrabi engaged in insightful interactions with entrepreneurs and their workforce, delving into the intricacies of their businesses and listening to their innovative ideas. She provided a platform for entrepreneurs to discuss their business goals and address any challenges they encountered in their entrepreneurial journey.
Later, in Pulwama, Dr. Andrabi continued her tour by visiting a Cold Chain Unit, an iron factory, and an Agro Unit, each representing a different facet of the region’s burgeoning industrial landscape. Her presence was met with a grand welcome by the entrepreneurs, underscoring the significance of her visit in acknowledging and supporting their efforts.
During her interactions, Dr. Andrabi commended the entrepreneurial spirit of the unit holders and their unwavering drive to explore new business avenues.
