In order to boost Congress Party’s political activities and public outreach campaign, JKPCC Working President Raman Bhalla today addressed party workers at Bathindi area of Bahu constituency.
Prominent among those present on the occasion include Sarpanch Hafeez Uhalla, Sarpanch Fazal Hussain Shukar Din, Fareed Ali, Badhur Ali, Abdul Majeed Malik, Noor Hussain, Nek Mohd, Naseem Ali, Gulzar Hussain, Kala Din, Mir Alam, Kaki Hussain and others.
While addressing workers, Bhalla urged people to support Congress Party so that it can implement its pro-people agenda to ensure a brighter future for the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He said, “Congress Party’s primary agenda is to ensure a permanent peace, enduring prosperity, and equivalent development in Jammu and Kashmir, and economic and political empowerment of its people. We have seasoned politicians in this party and these leaders have the vision, determination, and potential to bring about positive change in the region.
We are committed to elevating J&K to new heights of prosperity and economic well-being.” Affirming party’s unwavering dedication to elevating Jammu and Kashmir to new heights of peace, prosperity, and development, Bhalla stated that their commitment lies in fostering the economic and political empowerment of the region, aiming to lift the populace out of the prevailing uncertainty and challenging conditions.
Bhalla said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have constantly been subjected to suffering and deprivation due to the deceptive politics of BJP and its leaders. He promised that Congress would put an end to political exploitation in Jammu and Kashmir and lead the region to new heights of prosperity and development. He appealed to the people not to fall into the trap of deceptive slogans but instead to strengthen the Congress Party to secure a promising future for the region and its residents.
Bhalla said that Congress is dedicated to serving the people and addressing their grievances. He stated, his Party holds both the vision and the will for prosperity and development in Jammu and Kashmir. Unlike other parties, we do not believe in fake promises and misleading narratives. We are committed to the politics of truthfulness. Therefore, we will not promise you the moon and the stars; rather, we will promise only what we believe is achievable—to ensure peace, prosperity, and development in Jammu and Kashmir.”
Bhalla expressed his profound concern over the rising unemployment in Jammu and Kashmir and stated that when the Congress is given the mandate to serve, it will eradicate unemployment by creating job avenues and opportunities, utilizing the natural potential of Jammu and Kashmir. He said, “The Almighty has bestowed J&K with tremendous natural resources.
If these resources are used properly and scientifically, they will enable us to generate a significant number of job opportunities for our young population.”
In his address, he appealed workers, urging them to throw their support behind Party, enabling it to execute its clear-cut agenda and policies aimed at the welfare of the people. He said, “In the prevailing uncertainty in Jammu and Kashmir,
Bhalla said Congress stands as a beacon of hope, with its leadership dedicated to bringing about a positive change here. Unlike other political parties, we do not aspire to attain power just to rule but to serve the people. We stand in support of the people of Jammu and Kashmir like a rock, as our mission is to protect their rights and ensure their prosperity and well-being.” He urged the party workers to remain active in order to strengthen the organisational set-up further.
Bhalla said, “We have to strengthen our party further to make it powerful enough to serve the people better.
It is imperative that we attract and involve the younger generation within our party ranks. Together, we can safeguard the rights of the people, and foster prosperity and well-being in their lives.”
