DPSJ Kathua organizes engaging activity for UKG students

Delhi Public School Junior Kathua recently organized an exciting activity for the students of UKG, which was met with great enthusiasm and zeal. The event showcased the hard work and performances of the students, highlighting their talents and dedication.
The event aimed to educate students about the various community helpers in their surroundings, highlighting the roles and responsibilities they undertake for the betterment of society.
Through this activity, the class facilitators Mrs. Anu Bala and Mrs. Sonam Gupta endeavored to instill a sense of appreciation and understanding of the community helpers among the students.
Mr. Vivek Arora, the School Principal, expressed his delight to see the students’ performances, the teachers’ and staff hard work, and the parents’ support. He emphasized the value of such activities in nurturing the overall development of the students.
The School Incharge Mrs. Monika Singh emphasized the importance of recognizing Neighbourhood Network and Community Helpers in our daily lives. She stated, “Whenever children want something, the first thing they do is approach a parent or grandparent. But do we know there are people in our surroundings who are constantly present, doing their work, which has created a sort of ecosystem that helps in the smooth functioning of the things around us. They are Community Helpers.”
Delhi Public School Junior, Kathua is committed to organizing such activities that contribute to the holistic development of the child. The school promises to continue organizing such activities to help students understand the value of life skills and the importance of community helpers in our lives.
