As a part of ongoing process of educating the resident population a “lecture on various welfare government schemes” was organised at Khellani, Doda. Teacher of Government Higher Secondary School, Khellani during the campaign, elucidated various points about government schemes. He educated them in detail on various schems like PMKVY, Financial assistance for skill training, Vidya Kaushal and Skill Development for minorities etc.
The initiative was undertaken to educate youth and to prevent them from being misguided, choose a healthy and progressive life and it was appreciated by the populace.
A total No of 75 students attended the awareness lecture. All residents remarked that these kind of initiatives will help to mould the young generations to make their choice in future as a responsible citizen.
