Eye on Parliamentary polls, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District President Jammu South, Rekha Mahajan expressed confidence that people will elect a stable and inclusive government and help realize the BJP’s resolve of service, good governance, and development under Modi’s leadership.
While launching the party’s wall printing campaign by drawing a picture of its poll symbol, ‘lotus’, Rekha Mahajan set the slogan ‘Ek Baar Phir Se Modi Sarkar’ (Once again a Modi government) in Bahu Constituency in the esteem presence of BJP stalwart leader and former Dy CM J&K Kavinder Gupta, Prabhari Jammu South Ayodhya Gupta, District General Secretary Akash Chopra, District Mahila Morcha President Divya Jain, Ex Councillor Narinder Singh, Sarojini Sharma, and others were present on the occasion.
After participating in the campaign, Kavinder Gupta appealed to people to ensure a historic win for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming general election and make Narendra Modi the prime minister for a third straight term to ensure that the pace of development and global recognition of the country continues unabated.
He expressed confidence that people will elect a stable and inclusive government and help realize the BJP’s resolve of service, good governance, and development under Modi’s leadership.
Rekha Mahajan said a similar exercise will be organized at every polling booth across the country in the run-up to the Lok Sabha polls expected to be held in April-May. She counted that the party’s election campaign will be mounted on two pillars, the achievements and leadership of the Narendra Modi government in the last two terms and the promise of building on the foundations laid so far. Rekha enlightened that these District Jammu South mandals, morchas, wards, and special floor booths have the task of taking that message to the electorate on the ground level for the 2024 parliamentary upcoming polls.
Rekha also underlines the process of ensuring full delivery of all government schemes has already begun in the form of Viksit Bharat Yatra, and Jammu South all morchas will reach out to the beneficiaries of these schemes to secure their support and seek their feedback. She said beneficiaries, or “labharatis”, have emerged as a crucial support base for the BJP over the last ten years of successful good governance under the umbrella of intellectual PM Narendra Modi. Rekha furthermore boosted the morale of party workers and acclaimed that the “lotus” will bloom in upcoming polls with a thumping majority for the third consecutive term of the Modi-led government.
