A retired senior police officer of the Jammu and Kashmir police was shot dead by terrorists in the state’s Baramulla district on Sunday when he was offering prayers in a mosque. Mohammad Shafi Mir, a retired Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), was offering prayers in a local mosque in the city’s Gantamulla Bala area when the terrorists opened fire on him.
Last month, a police inspector of the state police was grievously injured after being fired upon by terrorists near the Eidgah mosque of Srinagar. Following the incident, he was admitted to a nearby hospital.
The incident happened when Inspector Masroor Ahmad Wani was playing cricket with local boys at the Eidgah ground of Srinagar.
The workers of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena under the leadership of President Ashok Gupta took out a massive protest rally in Jammu city by burning the Pakistani flag against the killing of retired SSP officer in mosque. Ashok Gupta condemned the “cowardly attack” by Pakistan-sponsored terrorists and said the killing of the SSP should be avenged.
The party workers raised slogans saying Pakistan hai hai.
Gupta said that that act of th militants is not only gruesome, brutal or barbaric, but satanic too.
He stated that the time was ripe for all the parties to be united for defeating the nefarious designs of the militants and inhumane attitude of Pakistan.
Pakistan embassy in New Delhi should be shut down and war should be declared against the terrorist nation as they only understand the language of bullets.
Pakistan tries to spread terrorism on the name of Islam and killing a retired SSP while he was offering namaz shows there demonic nature and nefarious mindset.
Political parties who are based out of Kashmir always talk about talks with Pakistan and now they should answer to the people of the valley as Kashmir’s are being killed to whom pakistan claims to be saving or liberating. The terror camps is POK which were destroyed during the surgical strikes have been working again ans this time a bigger attack should be done to destroy the terror camps once in for all.
