Chief Spokesperson BJP Mahila Morcha J&K UT Ritika Trehan today led ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ in Ward-20,Bahu constituency. Speaking on the occasion , she said that through Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, information about various schemes of the government is reaching the people. She said that Modi’s guarantee vehicle is running in every area through the Yatra. She said that under the Yatra, benefits of various government schemes are also being given to the beneficiaries.
Ritika said the objective of the Yatra is to take forward the resolve to make India a developed nation by 2047. She said that India is currently the fifth largest economy in the world and expressed confidence that it will soon become the third largest economy in the world. She described the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam as a historic step of the Modi government. She said that the government is making every effort for the development of the country and creating employment for the youth.
On this occasion, people were made aware about the public welfare schemes. She also highlighted the milestones achieved in 100% saturation of government flagship schemes. She said Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is the largest-ever outreach initiative of the Government of India. Planked on the vision of inclusive development, it has been a constant endeavour to ensure that the benefits of the government schemes reach all in every corner of the nation achieving 100% saturation. The Yatra marks a significant step in the achievement of this objective through outreach, information dissemination, and empowering citizens to become active stakeholders in the country’s development, added Ritika.
Ritika urged people left-out of any benefits of development schemes to enrol freshly and get sanction letters of benefits from schemes like PM Ujjawala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Card, PM Jan Dhan Yojana, Jaal Jeevan Mission etc. She emphasized that the primary objective of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is to ensure that every citizen avails the benefits of various government flagship schemes for their welfare. She highlighted the importance of awareness through the IEC Van and bringing the schemes to the doorsteps of citizens. She urged upon all to take advantage of these government schemes and actively contribute towards developmental journey of India.
Talking about Modi Govt’s policies Ritika said, “The 9 years of the central government led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi have become a shining example of good governance, development and prosperity in the country. The pro people policies of Modi Government have won the hearts of every countrymen which has been reiterated now by the thumping victory of the BJP in 3 assembly elections.” Now it’s the duty of each and every worker of Mahila Morcha to take these and all the other works of Modi government to the common public of J&K. Talking about Modi Govt’s pro women policies Ritika said, “The Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam (Women’s Reservation Bill) was a historic move of the central government for the empowerment of women and ensuring inclusive governance at the highest level. The status of women under the leadership of Modi ji and JP Nadda is getting stronger than ever, added Ritika.
