Covering 86 panchayats, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY), a transformative initiative aimed at reaching the unreached and maximizing the impact of government schemes, today unfurled across 4 Panchayats in block Ukhral of district under the aegis of Deputy Commissioner, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary.
The Yatra, which witnessed active participation of local residents, saw an incredible display of cultural enthusiasm and fervor. Youth, in particular, took center stage, delivering stirring speeches on moral values and presenting captivating cultural programs that added vibrancy and energy to the gatherings.
The presence of community leaders further elevated the spirit of the event, encouraging active involvement in the journey toward the nation’s advancement. As the Yatra made its mark across Pogal Lower, Panchal-B, Maligam-A, and Panla panchayats of the Ukhral block, the residents gave a remarkable response.
During the camps held at Panchayats of Ukhral Block, the officers of the line Departments underscores the importance of bringing government schemes closer to communities, igniting a spirit of development and reaching the unreached beneficiaries.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra aims to empower communities, foster unity, and encourage participation in initiatives that drive the country’s development.
The day’s activities included playing a recorded message from the PM, showcasing a film on VBSY on IEC Vans which visited the Panchayts , Meri kahani meri Zubani, Viksit Bharat Sankalp pledges, free medical camps, and the schemes which were publicized in mega event included, Ayushman Bharat, National Rural Livelihoods Mission, PM Awas Yojana (Rural), PM Ujjwala Yojana, PM Vishwakarma, PM Kisan Saman, Kisan Credit Card (KCC), PM Poshan Abhiyan, Jan Dhan Yojana, Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, and Atal Pension Yojana.
