Modi Govt committed to bring J&K at par with other parts of country: Nitish

Nitish Mahajan, Co-convenor, Social Media Department, BJP, J&K, welcomed the initiative of the Jammu and Kashmir government for hosting the Legends League cricket tournament at the MA Stadium in Jammu after a hiatus of nearly 35 years. “I am delighted to see the return of international cricket to Jammu after such a long time,” he said adding “This event is a testament to the dedication of the J&K government and the Modi government to bring Jammu and Kashmir at par with other parts of the country.”
Nitish noted that the Legends League cricket tournament has attracted cricket enthusiasts from not only Jammu but also Kashmir, demonstrating the unifying power of sports. “This is only possible due to the pro-people policies of the Modi government,” he said.
“Successive governments failed to bring such things to the Jammu region. It is the Modi government that has put Jammu on the global map,” he added.
“This tournament has brought joy and excitement to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and will definitely boost the morale of youth,” he remarked. “It is a reminder that despite the challenges we face, we can come together and celebrate our shared passion for cricket,” he added.
The senior BJP leader urged the people of Jammu and Kashmir to extend their support to the Modi government in the upcoming elections to continue the spree of development in the Union Territory.
“The Modi government has shown its commitment to the development of Jammu and Kashmir,” he said, urging the people of Jammu and Kashmir to continue to support the Modi government in its endeavors to bring progress and prosperity to our state.
