Rich Harvest School (RHS) hosted an insightful Capacity Building Workshop on Cyber Safety and Security today. The workshop was aimed at empowering educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect their students and themselves from cyber threats.
The workshop commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the RHS Director, Ruchi Charak, the Head of Institute, Anita Bhatia, and the CBSE Resource persons, Raman Arora and Jatinder Kour. Around 53 participants from prominent CBSE Schools were welcomed by Charak. The Resource Persons provided a comprehensive overview of cyber threats and vulnerabilities, highlighting the risks faced by students and educators in the digital age. They discussed phishing attacks, removable media risks, password management, cloud security considerations, and strategies for preventing and responding to cyber security breaches. The workshop participants actively engaged in discussions and shared their experiences, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing cyber safety and security in their respective schools. They expressed appreciation for the valuable insights and practical guidance provided by the Resource persons. The Capacity Building Workshop on Cyber Safety and Security was a resounding success, empowering educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster a safe and secure learning environment for their students.
