As India sees a major dip in Covid cases and the situation is recouping to normalcy . Amid this the news of opening of schools and Colleges/Universities has ushered in a happy wave among the students but at the same time the debate over online or offline exams is simultaneously gaining ground.

Students are outrightly demanding to revoke the decision to conduct exams offline. They are of the opinion that when the entire session and all the classes were held in online mode then why ,now at the end of the session the authorities have taken this bizzare decision to conduct the exams in offline mode .

Some of the students pointed out that students don’t feel comfortable in attending the online classes as online classes and offline classes can’t be compared in quality of education the same is true for online exams and offline exams too .

It has also been witnessed that a huge chunk of students were infected with the Covid pertaining to which their syllabus has not been completed yet hence they are wholly solly clueless about the offline exams.

Several students have raised the demand to begin the classwork in offline mode from the next session and accordingly take their exams in offline mode too rather than opening the academic institutions and taking the exams offline towards the remainder of the session.

Various others have to say that if the exams are to be held offline then there should be realaxation in the Syllabi as complete syllabus for the offline exams won’t serve the justice.

Heated arguments and social media campaigns regarding the same are ongoing. The matter is yet to be taken by the authorities.
