Drug smuggling has increased significantly during the last two years adjacent to the International Border and the Line of Control. Troubled by the security forces’ action on terrorism, Pakistan has now increased drug smuggling in Jammu and Kashmir. In addition, drugs being sent from Pakistan are transported to other states of the country through various resources. Jammu and Kashmir Police are trying to break this chain.
