COVID-19 – In a major decision to provide treatment to corona patients, the Defence Ministry has opened the Army hospitals for common people. Now common people suffering from coronavirus can go to Army hospitals for treatment. Army Chief Manoj Mukund Narwane has announced the decision. There are 67 Army hospitals in the Country.
Manoj Mukund Narwane held a meeting with PM Modi where he briefed the PM about the preparations in the Army hospitals. Earlier also the Army has played a major role during the pandemic and now by opening its hospitals for common people Army has proved that they’re the frontline warriors. The number of beds will be increased in the hospitals. The Army has also issued some numbers where a corona patient can contact and he will be assisted by the doctors.
