MADHOPUR: A mega painting competition was organised for children to honour the Swarnim Vijay Mashaal at Madhopur on Friday.
Children from all age brackets participated in the competition, wherein the theme of ’50 Golden Years of Victory over Pakistan’ was given to the children to express their patriotism and showcase their talent. The competition was heavily subscribed and all children participated with great fervour and enthusiasm. ‘Swarnim Vijay Varsh’ marks the 50th anniversary of splendid Indian victory during the India- Pakistan War of 1971.
The painting competition was followed by group photograph of the participants with the ‘Swarnim Vijay Mashaal Team’ which will be carrying the flame in the entire Rising Star Corps Zone.
