Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) is devising new methods so that devotees who are unable to take nearly 12-kilometer trek to the Holy Cave can still have the Darshan while sitting at home. According to an official release, this would be in continuance to the formal launch of the home delivery of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Pooja Prasad by the Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha on Monday. Pertinently, devotees can book the Pooja Prasad through Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board’s website which is then dispatched by the Shrine Board to the devotees across the country through speed post for which the Board has entered into an agreement with the Postal Department.
