The Srinagar Disaster Management Authority on Wednesday set-up COVID-19 sample collection units in four hospitals and two quarantine centres here. While two units each were set up in Chest Disease Hospitals (CDH), SMHS and JLNM Hospitals, one unit was set up at SKIMS Bemina. The administration has also decided to install these facilities – two each at other hospitals including Lala Ded, GB Pant Children Hospital, Bone & Joint Hospital, Super Specialty Hospital and KNS Sonwar. The quarantine centres where the facilities were set up include KU and NIT. Two units of sample collection were installed at these quarantine centres.
