Health and Medical Education Department has assigned charge of Medical Superintendent (MS) JLNM Srinagar to Dr RD Kasana. As per the order issued by Additional Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, Rajeshwar Singh Charak, Incharge Assistant Director, Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir, Dr RD Kasana shall look after the charge of Medical Superintendent, JLNM, Health Service Srinagar in addition to his own duties with effect from April 1, 2020. He will take over charge after the retirement of Incharge Medical Superintendent, JLNM Hospital Srinagar, Dr Zakir Hussain Khan on March 31, 2020, till further order. The above arrangement is purely made on temporary bases and subject to the outcome of writ petitions, if any, pending before the court of law and shall not confer any right upon the officer to claim preferential treatment at the time of regularization or promotion which shall be made strictly in according with the rules.
