Jammu and Kashmir High Court has accorded sanction to grant of special pay in favour of employees of Jammu and Kashmir State Judicial Academy (JKSJA). “Sanction is hereby accorded to grant of benefit of ‘special pay equivalent to 10 percent of basic pay in terms of government order NO 3181-LD (A) of 2019 dated June 17, 2019, in favour of the employees of Jammu and Kashmir State Judicial Academy,” reads the order issued by office of Registrar General, J&K High Court. It reads that the special pay shall remain a distinct element and shall not be merged with the basic pay.
