Army organised a Medical Camp at village Gei to provide basic medical facilities to the residents of this remotely located village, where medical facilities are scarce. The camp helped in spreading awareness about family planning, adopting good practices for healthy life alongwith provisioning of medicines and routine outpatient care. Patients requiring prolonged and greater level of care were advised to visit higher medical centers for treatment. This noble gesture of Army was very well received and appreciated by the local population. Army on its part has assured the local population of continued support and co-operation in the future as well.
