PWD (R&B) Division Marwah installed cradle box at Soharbhatti Dacchhan within 05 days to facilitate the locals for carrying of food grains. It is pertinent to mention that, during the visit of SDM Marwah, Dr. Javed Iqbal Rather to Sounder, Dacchan he crossed a river near Soharbhatti Dachhan via traditional rope and then subsequently requested the DDC Kishtwar to install a cradle box over the said river. DDC immediately took cognizance of the suggestions of SDM Marwah for installation of cradle box and directed concerned executing agencies to install a cradle box at the earliest. Meanwhile, DC appreciated the officers of the concerned department for putting best efforts in the early completion of cradle box and said that cradle box will help locals as well as Department of FCS&CA to carry food grains for dumping and to serve the general public in winters vigorously. He said it will also reduce the distance by 18 km.
