Rich tributes were paid by CRPF to Hav Naseer Ahmed of 76 Battalion who laid his life on February 14, 2019 at Pulwama. A commemoration programme was organized by 76 Battalion on Sunday in which DIG CRPF S. P Singh paid tributes to Hav Naseer Ahmed during a big attack by terrorists on the CRPF convoy on February 14, 2019 at Pulwama. In his address he said that not only the CRPF but the whole Nation remains indebted to the families of these martyrs. DIG Group Centre Bantalab said that Hav Naseer Ahmed rendered 25 years long service in this force in different States of the country. DIG on this occasion handed over a cheque worth Rs 25 lakh to Martyr’s widow Shazia Kouser which was given by Talangana State out of its Relief Fund. During this programme, Group Center Head Shalini Singh, CWA Suman Pandey and the family members of the martyr were present besides other officers of the CRPF. The programme was administered over by Commandant 76 Battalion Neeraj Pandey.
