The Jammu-Srinagar national highway was on Wednesday closed for the vehicular movement due to shooting stones and landslides trigerred by heavy rainfall at Morh Passi near Balli Nallah in Udhampur district. The Amarnath Yatra has also been suspended for now due to the closure of the highway. The restoration work has been started on the highway to clear the debris left after rains and shooting stones. The commuters are suggested to avoid travelling on Jammu-Srinagar national highway
