Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday ordered promotion of nineteen inspectors of state police and posted them in the rank of deputy superintendents of police.Also Read | Govt transfers senior police officers An order in this effect has been issued by home department of government of Jammu and Kashmir in which it has been mentioned that inspectors of executive wing are placed as incharge deputy superintendents of police in their own pay and grade with the benefit of charge allowance as admissible under rules. The inspectors who have been promoted include Nazir Ahmed Dar, Farooq Hassan Mir, Mohd Rafi Parray, Maqbool Hussain, Anuroop Sharma, Sajad Ahmed Mir, Ghulam Modi-ud-Din, Bashir Ahmed Wagay, Ritesh Sambyal, S. Dedar Singh, Abid Hussain Rafiqi, Imtiyaz Ahmed Nanda, Narinder Singh, Tahir Hussain, Ashok Singh Jasrotia, Mohd Amin Malik, Sunmati Gupta, Naresh Sharma and Manjit Singh.
