Geelani admitted at SKIMS for cardiac check-up, pacemaker assessment

Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani was readmitted at SKIMS Soura for cardiac check-up and pacemaker assessment on Saturday morning, said a spokesman of the outfit.
“Generator of his pacemaker was changed by a team of cardiologists headed by HoD cardiology Professor Dr. Nisar Tramboo,” he said, in a statement. The spokesman said the procedure lasted for about one and a half hour and was uneventful.
“Hurriyat chairman is under strict intensive care observation and recovering by the grace of Almighty Allah, sincere and professional care and good wishes of the people,” he said.
